Small, super authentic, Mexican eatery! The setup is completely basic with a self order system and an open kitchen for pickup when your food is ready. It's a little noisy (which is a part of the vibe I guess) and when we went the air conditioning was not working so it got pretty hot but still recommending it because of the food!

Went on Memorial day, just after the parade that was on the other end of the st. Amazing home made tortillas! The quesadilla was pretty oily maybe because they warmed it near where they cooked the meats. Everything was delicious! Make sure to get the grill jalapenos to go with your meal!

The food is 5 stars! But the place needs cleaning. They do serve large portions which is great and have fresh made tortillas

I live 40 miles away, but I always make it a point to stop in every time I pass Gilroy. The food here is UNBELIEVABLE. So far I've tried the supper burrito and salad, both with beef tongue as well as with chicken, and I feel like each time is better than the previous. The restaurant is always super busy, so we only order to go. Hands down, the best Mexican food I've ever had.

Hand made tortillas and plenty of meat on each taco. Great variety of meats and plates. Refreshing micheladas! Plus I didn't have to wait too long for my food.
